At Bloom Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
